Most people who hear about the Kiln hear about it from a friend or family member. And, according to our statistics, those friends and family have nothing but good things to say about the Kiln! Many of those people, encouraged and excited by what they hear, agree to attend one of our Spectrum Sessions... and they soon come back for more! Still, it is natural for people hearing about the Kiln to attempt to understand it as something with which they are already familiar. "It's one of those get-rich-quick scams", they will say to themselves, "or a group encounter session, or some kind of radical therapy left over from the 70's." Maybe you yourself have had these thoughts. If so, it's about time you learned the truth about the Kiln. The Kiln is a closed, three-day seminar conducted in a prepared, private location (usually one of our group centers). The attendees are people with aspirations to develop their personal identity and power, and the commitment to see this development though to completion. In the process, they will confront issues affecting their fears, their aspirations, their relationships with others and even their own identity. Through exploration of the fundamental structure, systems and "ground rules" of the human mind, Kiln attendees gain the ability to inform their consciousness to a degree and in a manner formerly impossible. Kiln attendees find that they gain new skills for achievement, communication, emotional fitness, personal effectiveness and professional productivity - simply by taking action!
